Ledgers
| In earlier times ledgers were used primarily to cover subterranean tombs. Today they are more widely used for individual garves. Good taste always tends to simplicity in the design of the ledger although this form is well adapted to classic carvings and simple design. Family history and personal accomplishments are often included as part of the inscription. | |
